Projects that's outside our finance domain
The Cofounders Investment LTD does not consider financing for projects falling under the following categories:
- Land acquisitions and/or property purchases only, unless project development is added of at least 30% of the total value.
- Proposed sale of property assets
- Private loans
- Debt/Lien settlement
- Acquisitions of Shares/Bonds
- Buyouts/Buy-ins and/or partner’s equity stake
- Angel Investment/Funds
- Cash Injections/Provisions
- Mergers stakes and Joint venture capitalization/Funds for partnership
- Projects with less than 25-year land lease agreements
- Invitations to tenders or competitions of any type
- Requests for proposals (RFP)
- Requests for information (RFI)
- Requests for Expressions of Interest (RFEI)
- Project quotations/construction cost estimates/quantity surveys
- Unethical Project proposals that offend decency and do not comply with general religious and social customs
