Role Clarity
DeFinityX remains a coordination, advisory, and distribution firm. We do not substitute regulated counterparties, nor do we assume delivery or custody obligations.
All sponsored regulated activities remain with licensed counterparties in their relevant jurisdictions.
We provide independent evaluations, procedural alignment, and coordination support without executing regulated services.
DeFinityX does not act as a fiduciary — counterparties are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
Our objective, provider-agnostic approach keeps focus on execution readiness and institutional alignment.
